I aged about 200 years in only the first 4 hrs of this exercise in indulgence movie.

    I KNOW! she said in her valley gurl voice! sweet jesus, even miss daisy fell asleep watching it! i just kept on drinking in the other room listening to them snore! xoxox

    Sav: It made that other slow one of Brad's, Mr Black something (Death Takes A Holiday remake), seem like a John Woo action flick.

    I spent about 2 hrs last trying to find a Three Stooges clip or even a wav files of them doing the tri-part snoring joke! I think it may have been during the time with Shemp they came up with this.

    Mebbe they thought it you make a slow movie, people will consider it an 'art movie' or a Bergman tribute. I've seen some great, profound moving slow flicks, some from Vietnam that were just beautiful, but this was not one of them.
